Shredding and granulating post-consumer PET bottles, HDPE containers, and PP films into uniform flakes for washing and pelletizing.
Customized sizes are available, according to your drawing or sample.
YISHI granulator blades are engineered for size-reduction of plastic scrap in recycling lines, granulators, and shredders. Manufactured from tool steels including D2 (Cr12MoV), SKD11, and 9CrSi, each blade undergoes vacuum heat treatment to achieve a hardness of HRC 58–62, ensuring high wear resistance and edge retention. Suitable for processing PET bottles, HDPE containers, PP films, and engineering plastics, these blades are supplied as OEM-matched sets or custom-fabricated to your drawing. Typical dimensional tolerances are held to ±0.02 mm on critical edges, with surface finishes of Ra 0.8 µm or finer for reduced friction and longer service intervals.
Available in D2 (Cr12MoV), SKD11, 9CrSi, DC53, W6Mo5Cr4V2 (HSS), and tungsten carbide (YG) to match your application’s abrasion and impact requirements.
Vacuum heat treated and double tempered to HRC 58–62 for tool steels; tungsten carbide grades achieve HRA 89–92.
Cutting edges ground to a sharpness of ≤0.01 mm runout, with surface finish Ra 0.4–0.8 µm to minimize friction and material adhesion.
Rotor and stator blade sets manufactured to your drawing or OEM part number. Hole patterns, counterbores, and mounting slots machined to specification.
High carbide volume in D2/SKD11 provides extended service life in high-throughput recycling of abrasive plastics, including glass-filled materials.
Made from high-quality tool steel or alloy steel (e.g., D2, SKD11, 9CrSi, etc.)
Heat-treated for hardness and wear resistance
Sharp and durable edges for efficient crushing
Customizable shapes and sizes to fit different machines and materials
Suitable for crushing a wide range of plastics, including hard and soft plastics
Plastic recycling and processing industry
Waste management facilities
Plastic manufacturing plants
Proper maintenance and timely replacement of blades are essential for optimal performance and prolonged use of the crusher machine.

YISHI Machinery operates a dedicated blade manufacturing facility with in-house vacuum heat treatment, CNC grinding, and EDM wire cutting. Every granulator blade is inspected for hardness, dimensional accuracy, and edge quality using CMM and Rockwell testers. We maintain an inventory of D2, SKD11, and HSS bar stock to reduce lead times. Our engineering team reviews customer drawings to recommend the optimal steel grade and heat treatment for specific plastic types and throughput. No minimum order quantity for custom blades; standard OEM replacement sets are available from stock.
For highly abrasive materials, we recommend D2 or SKD11 at HRC 60–62, or tungsten carbide (YG) for maximum wear life. Our engineers can advise based on your filler content and throughput.
Yes. Provide the OEM part number, machine model, or a dimensional drawing. We manufacture rotor and stator blades to fit brands such as Zerma, Rapid, Cumberland, and others.
Standard custom orders ship within 15–25 working days after drawing approval. Stock OEM blades may ship in 5–7 days.
Yes, we can re-grind worn blades to restore original edge geometry. Contact us with blade condition and dimensions for a quote.
Hole diameter and position are held to ±0.02 mm. Counterbore depth and thread specifications are verified with go/no-go gauges.
Provide the machine make and model, rotor diameter, number of rotor and stator blades, and the material you process. A drawing or sample blade accelerates the quotation.
