YISHI recycling blades are manufactured for size-reduction equipment operating in abrasive, high-impact conditions. This category covers shredder knives, granulator rotors and stators, pelletizing cutters, and scrap metal shear blades. Material grades are selected for the contamination level and wear mechanism of the feedstock: D2 (Cr12MoV) for dry, abrasive regrind; M2 high-speed steel for elevated-temperature cutting zones; and H13 or modified HSS for shock-loaded metal recycling. Standard hardness is held at HRC 58–62 after vacuum heat treatment with deep cryogenic processing where specified. Every blade is ground to a dimensional tolerance of ±0.01 mm on the cutting edge profile, ensuring consistent knife-to-knife clearance and predictable throughput between change-outs.
