Granulating post-consumer PET bottles, HDPE containers, and PP waste into clean flake for reprocessing. Blades withstand contaminants and abrasive fillers.
Customized sizes are available, according to your drawing or sample.
YISHI Machinery manufactures plastic crusher blades for granulators, shredders, and size-reduction equipment used in plastics recycling and processing. These blades are machined from high-alloy tool steels—including D2 (Cr12MoV), SKD11, 9CrSi, DC53, and HSS—and are vacuum heat-treated to HRC 58–62 for an optimal balance of edge retention and impact toughness. Each blade is surface-ground to Ra ≤ 0.4 µm and inspected to dimensional tolerances of ±0.02 mm. Custom geometries are produced to customer drawings, with OEM-compatible profiles for common machine brands. Typical applications include size reduction of PET bottles, HDPE containers, PVC pipes, film, and purgings.
Available in D2 (Cr12MoV), SKD11, 9CrSi, DC53, W6Mo5Cr4V2 (HSS), and tungsten carbide (YG) to match specific wear and impact requirements. Material certificates provided on request.
Vacuum heat-treated and triple-tempered to achieve a uniform hardness of HRC 58–62. Cryogenic treatment available for D2 grades to reduce retained austenite and improve dimensional stability.
All cutting edges are ground to a surface finish of Ra ≤ 0.4 µm, with flatness and parallelism held to 0.01 mm. Multi-axis CNC grinding ensures consistent blade geometry across production batches.
Blades are manufactured to customer-provided drawings or samples. We produce single-shaft, double-shaft, and granulator blades with bolt-hole patterns, counterbores, and mounting slots as specified.
High carbide volume in D2 and DC53 grades provides excellent abrasion resistance when processing filled or reinforced plastics, typically extending service intervals by 30–50% compared to lower-alloy steels.
Profiles compatible with common granulator brands including Zerma, Vecoplan, Cumberland, and Rapid. Non-standard designs are reverse-engineered from worn samples.

YISHI Machinery operates an ISO 9001-certified manufacturing facility with in-house vacuum heat treatment, cryogenic processing, and multi-axis CNC grinding. Every blade batch is inspected with CMM and hardness testing, and material certificates are traceable to mill origin. We maintain a dedicated engineering team for application-specific blade design and offer expedited lead times for custom orders. With over 15 years of experience supplying cutting tools to the recycling and plastics industries, we provide technical support from material selection to after-sales sharpening advice.
For abrasive materials like glass-filled nylon, we recommend D2 (Cr12MoV) or DC53 at HRC 60–62. These grades have high carbide content for wear resistance. Tungsten carbide blades may be considered for extremely high-volume processing, though they require careful handling to avoid fracture.
Yes. Send us a drawing or the worn blade, and our engineering team will reverse-engineer the original geometry, including bolt-hole positions and cutting angles. We can also suggest material upgrades if premature wear is an issue.
Standard custom orders ship within 15–20 working days after drawing approval. Expedited service is available for urgent requirements. Stock blade programs can be arranged for repeat orders to reduce lead times.
Sharpening intervals depend on material type, throughput, and contamination levels. As a guideline, blades processing clean, unfilled plastics may run 300–500 hours before requiring sharpening. We offer re-sharpening services and can advise on proper grinding angles to maximise blade life.
We manufacture blades compatible with most major granulator and shredder brands, including Zerma, Vecoplan, Cumberland, Rapid, and others. Provide the machine model and blade part number, and we will quote the exact replacement.
Our standard tolerance is ±0.02 mm on critical dimensions, with flatness and parallelism within 0.01 mm. Tighter tolerances can be achieved upon request for high-precision applications.
