YISHI industrial bread cutting blades are engineered for high-volume commercial bread slicing lines, bakeries, and food processing plants. Manufactured from food-grade stainless steels (420J2, 440C) and high carbon tool steels (SK5, 65Mn), these blades undergo vacuum heat treatment to achieve a hardness of HRC 50–58, balancing edge retention and toughness. Available as circular blades with outer diameters from 180 mm to 400 mm, inner diameters from 25 mm to 50 mm, and thicknesses from 0.6 mm to 1.2 mm. The serrated tooth profile is precision-ground to a burr-free finish (Ra ≤0.8 µm) to ensure clean, consistent slicing with minimal crumb generation.
