Horizontal form-fill-seal and vertical bagging machines using laminated films; YISHI blades provide burr-free cuts that prevent seal contamination and reduce film waste.
Customized sizes are available, according to your drawing or sample.
YISHI Machinery manufactures industrial packaging blades for horizontal and vertical form-fill-seal machines, pouch packers, overwrappers, and slitting lines. Blades are available in D2 (equivalent SKD11/Cr12MoV), high-speed steel (HSS M2), and 9CrSi tool steel, vacuum heat-treated to HRC 56–65 for balanced edge retention and impact toughness. Dimensional tolerances held to ±0.03 mm on thickness and ID and ±0.1 mm on OD ensure consistent register with OEM knife holders. Custom profiles, serrations, and coatings can be supplied from customer drawings or samples.
Available in D2 (HRC 58–62), HSS M2 (HRC 62–65), and 9CrSi (HRC 56–60), vacuum hardened and triple tempered for uniform microstructure and minimal distortion.
Outer diameter tolerance ±0.1 mm, inner diameter +0.00/–0.03 mm, thickness ±0.03 mm, ensuring precise fit on machine arbors and reduced vibration.
Single-bevel, double-bevel, serrated, and tooth pitch profiles ground to 0.01 mm concentricity for clean, low-cutting-force performance on films, paper, and laminates.
Blades reverse-engineered from existing samples or produced to your CAD drawing, including non-standard bore configurations, keyways, and mounting holes.
Optional TiN, TiCN, or DLC coatings reduce friction, extend edge life by 2–5×, and lower product adhesion on pressure-sensitive materials.
Standard stock thicknesses from 0.8 mm to 3.0 mm in flat or dish configurations; special thicknesses available on request.

YISHI Machinery operates an in-house vacuum heat-treatment facility with computer-controlled quench cycles, enabling batch-to-batch hardness uniformity within ±1 HRC. All packaging blades are ground on CNC cylindrical and surface grinders with automatic size compensation, holding dimensional tolerances to ±0.005 mm on critical features. Edge inspection is performed at 50× magnification, and Rockwell hardness testing is documented per lot. We offer expedited 7-day turnaround on standard material blanks and welcome single-piece prototypes for evaluation.
D2 (HRC 58–62) offers high edge retention for abrasive films and paper; HSS M2 (HRC 62–65) excels in high-speed intermittent cuts; 9CrSi (HRC 56–60) is a cost-effective option for thin films and less demanding cycles. Provide your material type and machine speed for a specific recommendation.
Yes. Send us your OEM part number, a dimensioned sketch, or a sample blade. We reverse-engineer to the same profile, bore, and mounting configuration, frequently at 20–40% below OEM cost.
Our standard tolerances are OD ±0.1 mm, ID +0.00/–0.03 mm, thickness ±0.03 mm. Tighter tolerances down to ±0.005 mm are available for high-speed lines.
Yes, we offer re-sharpening services for industrial packaging blades, restoring original geometry and edge quality. Contact us with your blade condition for a feasibility assessment.
We accept orders from single prototype blades to full production runs. For custom profiles, the cost-effective MOQ is typically 10–50 pcs depending on complexity.
We can apply TiN (gold), TiCN (grey), and DLC (black) coatings to reduce friction, prevent adhesive build-up, and extend edge life by 2–5×, depending on the application.
